The traditional painting method ensures that the linseed oil penetrates deep into the wood where it hardens and strengthens the wood’s surface, while the wood’s structure is visible through the paint.
By hand-painting in this way, the furniture is protected against peeling, so that you do not need to sand when refinishing, but simply wash the wood off.
In this way, the furniture gains character, while at the same time gaining a much longer lifespan.
